Remember its no good telling yourself that you will do a two hour workout with your cardio videos every day, and then failing at once. Set modest goals, ones you know that you can accomplish, to build confidence.
Equally significant is to have a good space to do your aerobics workout. If you live in a cramped, one room apartment with clothing all over the floor, forget it. You can use some cardio videos with less space than you may think, but if you do not at least make some room to move around in, you will never reach any of your exercise goals, and that's a crying shame. The first step of your aerobic workout is really setting a time, clearing out a space, and psyching your-self up. Don't expect immediate success from using your cardiovascular videos. It will be hard work. But if you persist, within a month you will see major changes. Who knows this may be your call to a career in personal training.
